Note: Returns and exchanges are not applicable during the Sale period.

Exchange Policy

We are happy to assist you with an exchange, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging from The Vogue Stitch.
• Exchange requests should include a copy of your order confirmation email or packing slip for verification.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of an exchange.
• Availability of replacement items (sizes or products) is not guaranteed at the time of exchange.

Return Policy

A return will be accepted only if the item received is damaged. In such cases:

• Customers will not be charged for return shipping; we will cover the cost.
• The return request must include a packing slip or order confirmation email, along with details of the replacement size or product (if applicable).
• If an exchange is not possible due to stock unavailability, customers can opt for a full refund.

Order Cancellation Policy

The Vogue Stitch reserves the right to cancel orders under the following conditions:

• The product is out of stock.
• There is a pricing error.
• The payment is declined by the bank.
• The customer does not respond to the order confirmation call.
