Do I need to create a member account?
You can browse our website and add items to your basket without creating an account and place your order with guest checkout. However, creating a member account comes with the following benefits:
- A seamless shopping experience
- Saved delivery addresses for faster checkouts
- Access to your complete order history
- Ability to track your order status before it is shipped
What if I forget my password?
Click on ‘Forgot Your Password’ on the login/sign-up page. Enter your registered email address and click ‘Reset Password.’ You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password. Once verified, you can create a new password.
How can I update or edit my shipping/billing address details?
Log in to your Vogue Stitch account and navigate to ‘My Account.’ You can edit/update your details and save them for future orders. You can also update your password from this section.
How do I order online?
To place an order at Vogue Stitch, follow these steps:
- Browse our collection and select the product you wish to purchase.
- Choose the required size/color and click ‘Add to Cart.’
- Click ‘Proceed to Checkout’ and enter your delivery details. Ensure you provide a valid phone number and email address.
- Select your preferred payment method from the available options.
- Click ‘Place Order’ to confirm your purchase.
How do I know that my order is placed successfully?
Vogue Stitch uses an automated email system to confirm orders. Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order summary and invoice, including your order number. If you do not receive an email, it means your order was not placed successfully.
Why does an item in my cart now say it is unavailable?
Adding items to your cart does not reserve them. Products remain available for purchase by others until checkout is completed. If an item becomes unavailable during checkout, you will need to remove it from your cart to proceed. For assistance, please contact our support team.
Can I cancel my order?
You can modify or remove items from your cart while shopping. However, once your order is confirmed, cancellations or modifications are not possible before dispatch. If you need to return an item, please refer to our Returns Policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
At Vogue Stitch, we offer the following payment options:
- Cash on Delivery (Available in Pakistan only)
- Online Payment via Credit/Debit Card (Visa or MasterCard) is not available at the moment
How secure is my payment and personal information?
Your security is our priority. Vogue Stitch uses SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment details. Look for the padlock icon in your browser, which ensures the security and authenticity of our website.
What currency do you use for pricing?
All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include GST.
How long does delivery take?
- Within Pakistan: 7 working days
- International orders: 14 working days
During peak sale events, delivery may take 5-7 working days.
Which courier services do you use?
We dispatch shipments within Pakistan via Call Courier, Leopards, M&P, TCS, TRAX, and Swyft. International orders are shipped via DHL.
What if I am not available at the time of delivery?
Our courier partner will attempt delivery twice. Please ensure you provide a valid address and postal code while placing your order. If both delivery attempts fail, your parcel will be returned to Vogue Stitch, and you will be notified via email.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email. You can track your shipment on the respective courier’s website:
- Local Orders: Call Courier, Leopards, Riders, M&P, TCS, TRAX, Swyft
- International Orders: DHL
